How about another reason to eat bananas?  Most of us know bananas are a rich source of potassium and can help us keep our blood pressure down.  The average medium-size banana contains only 100 calories and has 3 grams of fiber.  But here is something about bananas that may surprise you.  A British study found that eating bananas daily may protect children from asthma symptoms!  Make sure you keep bananas available for your children and eat them yourself, too!
