The other day when I posted a list of vitamin C foods, I left off pineapple.  So today's post will feature pineapple by itself.  Pineapple is an excellent source of vitamin C so what a tasty way to take in this vital vitamin!  According to, 1 cup of pineapple chunks will supply 131% of your daily need of vitamin C.

Not only is pineapple a great source of vitamin C, it is great for your diet as it is low in salt, cholesterol, and fat!  Better start adding pineapple to your list of healthy vitamin C rich foods!
