That is a quote from Aaron McNevin, introduced in yesterday's post. That along with other reasons make aquaculture an important part of providing enough fish to meet the needs of the world. "Farmed fish are nutritionally equivalent to their wild counterparts," says Barbara Ruhs, MS,RD, a nutrition consultant for supermarkets.
