The Australian study found that eating 2 cups of sweet potatoes and 4-ounces of almonds weekly could cut ones risk of hearing problems by as much as half. The reason? These are superfoods that are packed with the nutrients that keep even the tiniest blood vessels healthy and plaque free. This keeps the ears from being starved of oxygen according to the Australian authors of the study.
