ENJOY SOME SUNSHINE

 Did you realize that people who spend their days in a sunny environment are more likely to live longer than those who spend their days in a dimly lit environment? Reasearch has shown that getting plenty of sun enhances circadian rhythms, which play a role in sleep, blood pressure, etc. It is suggested one should aim for 30 minutes a day.
