A SURPRISING NATURAL RX FOR BETTER WELL-BEING

A study out of North Carolina State University a couple of years ago, found that bird-watching lead to less psychological distress and thus, enhanced well-being. When bird-watching was compared to nature walks, the bird-watching for 30 minutes led to the most significand improvement in stress and happiness. This might be worth trying the next time you feel stressed and set out to relax.

THANKFULNESS FOR YOUR HEALTH

    Do you give thanks before meals? Do you practice thankfulness in your everyday life? If you answered yes to one or both of those questions, good for you. According to HARVARD HEALTH PUBLISHING, "Giving thanks could make you happier and healthier. Research suggests that people who express gratitude are more optimistic, have better relationships and exercise more."
