HERBS TO ENERGIZE

 Need to be invigorated and refreshed? Try the following suggestions from your kitchen.

  • Try lemon, mint, rosemary or peppermint products.
  • Revive tired, achy feet with peppermint soaks, sprays or rubs.
  • Start your day with lemon or peppermint scented soaps.
  • Tie a bunch of fresh rosemary in a square of muslin and hang it from the showerhead. As hot water runs through it it will disperse the naturally invigorating scent.
  • After a hectic day, reenergize with a quick bath with citrus products containing lemon, lime or grapefruit oils.
