NEED MORE POTASSIUM?

If you are on certain prescription drugs you may have a problem with your potassium level.  Here is a bit of information for you if you fall into that situation. Enjoy some pistachios.  Bananas are known as being rich in potassium but two ounces of pistachios provide more potassium than does a banana. It stands to reason that if your potassium level is too high, you might need to lower your intake of bananas and/or pistachios.
